Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

At Luxury Lighting, we value your satisfaction and strive to make your shopping experience enjoyable. If you're not completely in love with your purchase, we understand. We accept returns for most non-closeout and non-custom items within 30 days of receiving your order. A 10% processing fee applies to all returns.

To qualify for a return, please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as when you received it. This means it should have all the original packaging, have not been installed, and be free from any damage or modifications.

To initiate a return, please email us at sales@luxurylighting.com or complete the contact form below with your return request, full name, and order number.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following items:

  • Custom and built-to-order products.
  • Floor models, open box, and clearance items.
  • Items discontinued by the manufacturer after the date of purchase.
  • Single fixtures priced over $2,000.
  • Orders with quantities of 4 or more identical units.
  • Products that have been installed, modified, or used in any way, including cut, clipped, or stripped wires.
  • Items not in resalable condition or missing their original packaging.
  • Items not purchased from LuxuryLighting.com.
  • Items not purchased by the original customer (a copy of the original purchase receipt is required).
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Refunds/credits will be issued once the manufacturer releases the funds, usually within 7-14 days of receiving the item. Some manufacturers may take longer to process the return. If the product condition is not acceptable, a higher restocking fee may apply. If the returned items are damaged due to neglect or improper packaging, you may not qualify for a refund/credit.

For any delays in receiving your refund, we recommend checking your bank account and contacting your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to appear in your account. Please allow your bank at least 3 business days to complete the refund process once funds have been released. If you have checked all these and still haven't received your refund, contact us at sales@luxurylighting.com.

Sale Items

Regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Please note that items marked FINAL SALE are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at sales@luxurylighting.com. Depending on your location, the time required for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Shipping

We currently ship to the continental U.S. only. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
