Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
At Luxury Lighting, we value your satisfaction and strive to make your shopping experience enjoyable. If you're not completely in love with your purchase, we understand. We accept returns for most non-closeout and non-custom items within 45 days of receiving your order. A 10% processing fee applies to all returns.
To qualify for a return, please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as when you received it. This means it should have all the original packaging, not been installed, and free from any damage or modifications.
To initiate a return, please email us at sales@luxurylighting.com or complete the contact form below with your return request, full name, and order number.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following items:
- Custom and built-to-order products.
- Floor models, Open Box, and Clearance Items.
- Items discontinued by the manufacturer after the date of purchase.
- Single fixtures priced over $2,000 of the original price.
- Orders with quantities of 3 or more units.
- Products that have been installed, modified, or used in any way, including cut, clipped, or stripped wires.
- Items not in resalable condition or missing their original packaging.
- Items not purchased from LuxuryLighting.com.
- Items not purchased by the original customer (a copy of the original purchase receipt is required).
- Items returned more than 45 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll promptly process it and issue a refund to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.
For any delays in receiving your refund, we recommend checking your bank account and contacting your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to appear in your account. Please allow your bank at least 3 business days to complete the refund process. If you have checked all these and still haven't received your refund, contact us at sales@luxurylighting.com.
Sale Items
Regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Please note that items marked FINAL SALE are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at sales@luxurylighting.com.
Shipping
We currently ship to the continental U.S. only. To initiate a return, please email us at sales@luxurylighting.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, we will deduct the return shipping cost from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time required for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
