How it works:
The lower price must be advertised by a competitor within 60 days of the date of your order and must be listed in the same currency that you used to purchase your item(s). LuxuryLighting.com will match the lower price by providing you with the difference between the price you paid at LuxuryLighting.com and the competitor's valid price - subject to the exclusions listed below.

Price Matching Policy Terms and Conditions
If within 60 days of the date of your purchase at LuxuryLighting.com you find the identical product advertised for less by one of our competitors, we will match that price, and refund you the difference between the comparison price and the price you paid at LuxuryLighting.com subject to the provisions and exclusions contained in these terms and conditions.
Whether a competitor's item is offered at a lower price than a LuxuryLighting.com item is determined by the verifiable selling price of the comparison item. Sales tax or other relevant taxes, duties or fees are not included in the calculation. LuxuryLighting.com reserves the right to determine whether competitors' products and prices reflect a true and fair comparison. For example, in the event that an item ships for free from LuxuryLighting.com but not from the competitor, shipping or handling costs may be considered by LuxuryLighting.com in determining whether the competitor's price is lower than that offered by LuxuryLighting.com. Similarly, in circumstances involving oversized shipments LuxuryLighting.com may consider freight costs in determining whether the comparison price represents a fair comparison price.
Please note that LuxuryLighting.com's Price Matching Policy applies only to the exact same item from the same manufacturer with the same options. "Same" is defined as an item of the same styling and product SKU Style Number which is produced by the same manufacturer. Comparison products must be factory firsts and cannot be repaired or otherwise blemished items. The comparison retailer must also be an authorized dealer of the product and not a secondary seller. By way of the example, used items offered on or through Ebay, Etsy, Alibaba or other secondary markets are excluded from the Price Matching Policy. Comparison products must be a stock item, available for shipment, and cannot be on extended back order or production time. Valid comparison prices must be from a published source and/or you must have a written quote from a competitor. Dealers, dealer pricing, wholesale pricing, contract or manufacturer direct pricing, or below wholesale cost pricing are all excluded from LuxuryLighting.com's Price Matching Policy. Further, sale, flash sale, promotional, closeout and clearance pricing are also excluded from the policy.
Price Matching is not available in conjunction with coupons, discounts or promotions. This includes but is not limited to money-off coupons, percent-off coupons, pricing offers, manufacturer rebates, bulk quantity discounts, or closeout, clearance or Rewards Member pricing. Prices listed on LuxuryLighting.com's Open Box are also excluded. Typographical errors are subject to correction and may not be honored. LuxuryLighting.com also reserves the right to not sell any product below its cost.
Please note that Price Matching does not apply to LuxuryLighting.com proprietary and/or in-store brands of LuxuryLighting.com - as those items are only available from LuxuryLighting.com or an authorized third-party platform.
How to Submit a Claim for Price Matching
To receive a refund under our Price Matching Policy, please collect the following information and provide it to LuxuryLighting.com at the web address listed below: (1) the URL Web address of the competitor; (2) your name and phone number; (3) your order number; (4) details of the product; and (5) the competitor's advertised price.
